This pretty house is
situated in the Palm Grove of the same name at the entrance to the
village,
The current house, with some
variations, was built by the Múrtula Family, surname of a Spanish Cónsul in Argelia, who moved to Santa Pola at the beginning of the
XIXth century.
Nowadays, the building,
restores and completely remodelled has became "The Pensioners
Home".
We can find in thee garden there is an auditorium, the Petanque Club, a playground, and an important site dating from the old Roman city.
Sit down there and feel the
atmosphere which takes us back to the different periods thet the are
has witnessed, because the place has a lot of history. Feel it!.
